Back in last August Balance Me found out I was pregnant with Evelyn and boy did they spoil me rotten. They showered me with some really amazing products (see them here) that helped my skin so so much.
You can imagine the look on my face when a company called Booths contacted me explaining they were offering a new skincare range which included Balance Me products.
Four glorious Balance Me products arrived for me to try; Flash Cleanse Micellar Water, Super Toning Body Polish, Super Moisturising Hand Cream and Pure Skin Face Wash.
I am a sucker for Micellar Water and this was the first product I was desperate to try. I love it… gentle yet does what it says on the tin.
I’ve been needing a new face wash for a while now. With post baby hormones all over the place it is key that I get something…anything… that’ll help. This face wash has been a god send, it has a very creamy texture which actually takes a little longer than normal to wash off once worked into the skin. I do think that part is slightly annoying, however, the face wash actually works in clearing and cleaning the face.
Post pregnancy oestrogen levels plummet which causes dry skin…any mum will tell you…and my hands have suffered big time. Like they were close to bleeding they were so dry.
Super Moisturising Hand Cream has really calmed my hands. I was so reluctant to put anything on them in fear of my skin getting used to it and I’d end up having to have creams for months on end. I use this once every couple of days and that is it. Seriously that is it!
Lastly the Super Toning Body Polish. It is the only product out of the four I’m not convinced with, it is just nothing special. Maybe perseverance will help.
I love that the majority of their products are 99% natural meaning hardly any or no chemicals are working their way into my skin.
Balance me never cease to put a smile on my face. For anyone who hasn’t tried their products I wholeheartedly recommend them!
Booths new collection of skincare holds an absolutely amazing selection and they also have an amazing gift range too! This is one company that has fallen under the radar for too long and will clearly soon be at the forefront of the industry!
