Glossybox | July 2018
The July Glossybox fell on my mat on Tuesday of course fashionably late! This months box is all about the beach babe essentials, from those beauty waves in your hair to a stunning makeup brush. The Under The Sea Edition is a true beaut, it is a beautiful box and definitely one for all the mermaid lovers out there.
If you are new to Glossybox then here is a little info. As you have probably gathered Glossybox is a beauty subscription service. Each month, it delivers a wide and varied selection of 5 beauty treats that include niche, high-end and emerging brands. I love this because you can get some good old faithful products yet try some things you would never normally buy.
The latest trends are taken into account with every single box (you can see past boxes here) to bring you reusable and stylish boxes full of beauty essentials.
There are 4 different ways to subscribe to Glossybox starting from as low as £9.50! Choose between a monthly rollover box (cancel any time), a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month pre-paid subscription. Each month there is a little deal to be had on a freebie up for grabs so make sure you keep and eye out on social media.
So this months box is a super gorgeous one, my box had a good few goodun’s in it!
Now this month I’m doing things differently. I haven’t had a chance to really try out the products as my box arrived late so I will tell you a bit about each of them.
First up we have the Senhor Do Bonfim Sea Water Hair Spray. This is not one I have tried before but I do love a salt spray. Simply spray onto damp hair preferably with you hair upside down so you can give it a bit of a ruffle and a twist which will give it a bit of extra texture and volume. Most of these sprays are quite effortless and you can top it up throughout the day even on dry hair.
Also its a great handbag size ready for all those Ibiza parties!
Crabtree & Evelyn La Source Hand Therapy Cream is next out the box. This is a great hand moisturiser for anyone with really tired hands. Simply use it daily for super soft hands.
I love a good teeth whitener and the Regenerate Enamel Science Advaned Toothpaste has some great reviews. This is apparently ‘one of a kind’ and promotes to reverse the early erosion process. This is to be used every day replacing your regular toothpaste.
Oriflame The ONE 5 in 1 Wonder Lash Mascara promises to lift, curl, volumize, lengthen and separate lashes.
Apparently one of these lovelies is sold every 4 seconds? I am actually quite excited to give this one a go.
Last but not least is the one and only Inuwet Cheek Shell Brush. It’s a gorgeous one, it truly is with super soft bristles. Vegan friendly and cruelty free this brush is precision contouring at its finest. I think this one really makes the box complete and brings it altogether.
The box is a winner! It really is! I know I say this about Glossybox a lot but they just get it so very right so often!!!
Sneak Peak into August’s box shows Eyeshadow Paint from 3ina (eek!!).
