I love a gift guide. As a child I was that kid who cracked out the Argos catalogue and circled everything I wanted for Christmas as soon as I was allowed to. I lived for that time of year. So now, aged 28, to be able to write my own about the things I love is just pure joy.
I wanted to compile just a small gift guide this year and include the things I love rather that what is available and the latest trends.
Here is a selection of some truly wonderful products available this year for some great prices;
One thing that I have been very passionate about since it launched is the beauty box subscription that is Glossybox. Glossybox offers a box each month that delivers a wide and varied selection of 5 beauty treats that include niche, high-end and emerging brands. I love this because you can get some good old faithful products yet try some things you would never normally buy.
The latest trends are taken into account with every single box (you can see past boxes here) to bring you reusable and stylish boxes full of beauty essentials.
There are 4 different ways to subscribe to Glossybox starting from as low as £9.50! Choose between a monthly rollover box (cancel any time), a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month pre-paid subscription. Each month there is a little deal to be had on a freebie up for grabs so make sure you keep and eye out on social media.
Use code BBEAUTY20 to receive 20% off your first box.
This is the perfect gift for the beauty lovers out there that will last all year rather than a few fleeting Christmas days.
BalmKind Lip Balm
Lip Balms are the perfect stocking filler especially with winter hitting the decks 4 days before Christmas. According to a National Trust Survey opening stockings is number three on the ‘Top 10 Christmas Traditions for Adults’ so, for me, it is all about making them extra special and thinking about every single item that goes in.
The gorgeous 3D Christmas Tree package opens to show the lovely Alpine Rose and Lysine Lip Balm. It smells absolutely beautiful and I have one in my handbag all year round.
I wanted to choose this one in particular for my gift guide because the tube is recyclable, the formula has no parabens, mineral oils or petrolatum and is packed full of Vitamin E. It is the perfect tube for gorgeous lips!

Kure Bazaar Nail Polish
Kure Bazaar Nail Polish are in my top three favourite polishes. They do an amazing peel off base polish for under glitter polishes to make them super easy to take off which, for me, is always an absolute nightmare. I find myself chipping away at it rather than it coming off easily. So I cannot recommend the base layer highly enough.
This year they have a great range of gorgeous glitter colours to cater to all outfits. From bright gold to a sleek grey, I find whatever outfit I put on, my nails always look perfect.
I tend to either layer with a colour base or alternate sparkle on certain fingers. These two above, pair beautifully and are going to look stunning this Christmas

Beautitude Peach Body Oil Bauble
Beautitude are always quite quirky around Christmas time and always me leave me wondering what the next year will bring. Last year, I recall, a oil in a gorgeous Christmas cracker and this year they are displaying them beautifully in a bauble.
The bauble is made from metal and can easily be hung on the tree.
I try and sneak a bauble or two for myself when buying others presents on their website. For just £12 its a real bargain. I think I noticed this year that you can build your own box. They may have always done this but I have only just noticed, so it looks like everyone will be getting one of those this year ha ha.

Beautitude Winter Comfort Candle
What’s a gift guide without a candle or two ay! Beatitude have a habit of doing dreamy Christmas candles. Winter comfort is a personal fave but their other ‘Comfort’ Candle is a winner too.
They offer two sizes. One is £12.00 for a small standard candle and this one is £30.00 and lasts so so long.
Candles at Christmas are always a must in my house, we always have something burning.

Sanctuary Luxe Travel Treasures
I think Christmas without a signature Sanctuary Spa set from your nan just isn’t Christmas quite frankly. My nan always used to have a set lurking in her house somewhere and, as kids, we would hunt and seek it out.
Often Sanctuary products last me well into the new year and occasionally until the following Christmas, such as their tubs of body butter.
However, this stunning Luxe Travel Treasures bag is great for trying out new products or what they have to offer. Containing the body butter, Body wash, liquid Gold bath Elixir, Wet skin moisture miracle, Body scrub and the beautiful copper bag. Usually you only get move 3 minis in a travel set but this one really offers a great variety.

Morning Glamour Satin Pillowcase
A pillowcase for a Christmas present is a bit of a weird one, but one that would be most appreciated.
A normal pillowcase can cause damage, breakage and ultimately bedhead. A Satin pillowcase allows your hair to glide over it and prevents that friction that us ladies quite often feel.
Whether you have straight, curly or wavy hair, your locks will effortlessly glide across the pillowcase and will be less susceptible to hair loss and frizz. In the same way, your lashes will also be protected from such friction.
Not only is this great for hair but when you sleep quite heavily you can get those annoying creases on your face, these two can be eliminated using one of these pillows.

Sanctuary Signature Candle
A second cheeky candle in the Christmas guide is the Sanctuary Signature Candle.
If you love the smell of sanctuary products this one is for you. A Beautiful Rose Gold heart tin holds the candle inside and offers their signature scent filling your room.
This one is more of a stocking filler candle as it retails for only £6.
RRP £6 purchase from Boots.com
These are all amazing gifts and if I were to get any one of them I would be so over the moon. If you don’t know what to get a girlfriend or wife or even your boyfriend or husband these gifts may just be your answer. Merry Christmas!
